NPR had acquired an empty 46,000 sqare feet building as the new home for KPCC. Method Mechanical & Metal completed the redesign and installation work for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system reducing the initial HVAC costs from 2M to 1.4M. The radio station project was completed in January 2010 and Method Mechanical & Metal has provided the maintenance and service needs for the HVAC system since that time.
